What a wonderful company
What a wonderful company, I sent a handbag back as my mum decided she didn’t like it but by accident my mum had put a framed photo in the bag, I rang Osprey to see if it had been found, they said no, but 2 days a later I got a call to say the photo had been found and it was sent to me beautifully wrapped within 24 hours free of charge. Wonderful !!!

There is a sales assistant named Fiona at the Regent shop. She is rude and doesn’t allow clients to touch bags. It is shocking the way she treats clients. Because of her attitude I don’t to visit the shop any more.

Awful company
Awful company. Bought a Christmas present from here are the beginning of December. Heard nothing! Called them saying if it wasn’t delivered in time for Christmas I needed to cancel. Was told it was DPDs fault and it would be delivered on 22nd December. 30th December- still heard nothing! Called 2 days ago and requested a call back! Still waiting for this. Terrible company

Update to review
I ordered with plenty of time to spare for Christmas, but nothing has arrived. They are blaming DPD, but DPD has said there is not an issue and they are waiting for the parcel.
UPDATE: The order is now saying it will be delivered in time, so I may have been too hasty with my review. Obviously, it has been a tough time for all deliveries, only made worse by postal strikes etc, so I will change my score, accordingly. I have no problem admitting when I am wrong.
DO NOT BUY WITH THIS COMPANY
I made the mistake of buying with this company. I ordered bag which arrived a few days later in terrible condition. I called up customer services who apologised and organised an exchange. The second bag then came even more damaged than the first! And the only thing the company offered was £8 off a £150 bag. Would not recommend this company or any products at all. Deeply disappointing

Osprey lack of customer service
Osprey promised me via a text message that delivery would be at a specific day and time. I had taken the more expensive 2-3 day delivery option. Nobody came to deliver. Instead I was told that the driver had missed me and I would have to go and collect the parcel myself from my nearest post office the following day.
I complained to Osprey. I got a response stating that they were glad I got my parcel! No apology, just terrible Customer Service.

Awful service
Would have given 0 stars if possible. Ordered some gloves as a present. Delivery was estimated to be 5 working days. On the 5th working day I get an email to say they were out of stock and I could either order something else to the same value or have a refund.
So basically Osprey have held on to my money for a minimum of 7 days and I'm now stuck waiting for a refund so I can buy from somewhere else.
Where do company's get the idea that it's good business to treat customers like that. Will never buy from them again.
Quality didn't live up to price point.
I encountered no problems with customer service. I paid for next working day delivery with DPD, and that is what I got. Dispatch emails came through as they should. The correct item was sent. The gift box was fine.
However, unfortunately the quality of the item is lacking. Given the considerable price point, I did not expect low quality stitching (arrived already fraying in places), stiff/sharp zips, and mismatched leather panels. The leather is soft, but completely lacks the lovely sheen shown in the sale photos.

Website info for buying is really really bad. Also impossible to get in touch by phone. BUT Jemma from CS by mail was absolutely helpful. She helped me change my address and get the bag on time to my apartment. Thanks!

Incredible experience with Osprey
Incredible experience with Osprey, had a bag of theirs for 10ths, commuting to work cycling most days in that time. Still going strong until I clumsily stepped on one of the buckles. Contacted Osprey replacement part received within 48hrs. Stunning service and the bags are brilliant.

Amazingly positive experience shopping with Osprey.
Firstly their backpacks are unsurpassed in terms of quality, design and comfort. Secondly their customer service are incredibly responsive, friendly and helpful. I had a query with returning an item which Kieran was quickly able to resolve. Unfortunately, when returned the item through Evri they lost the parcel and made it impossible for me to claim compensation despite paying more for this. Osprey came to the rescue and refunded me the cost of the item I had attempted to return - there must only be at best 1% of retailers who would be so generous to do this and I cannot praise them highly enough. I am Osprey for life!!

Once bitten
I ordered a reporters bag, only to be told a few days later they had oversold the item. I could choose another item to the same value, or receive a full refund, although they would rather send me an item to the same value. I opted for a full refund. What a way to run an outfit. I won’t visit their website again.

Absolutely brilliant
I ordered a lovely belt that turned out not to fit me. Returned it and ordered their Dean 3.5cm plaited leather belt instead. Osprey London honoured the slight price difference which was as nice as it was unexpected. The plaited belt arrived this morning, it is beautiful and it fits! Thank you Osprey, it was a pleasure to order from you.
Nice bag, questionable quality, terrible customer service
I purchased one of their leather travel bags a few months ago. Due to covid, I'd say it's left my house no more than 3 times and after the 3rd, I noticed that the clip that holds the shoulder strap fell off and is now MIA. This wasn't related to any undue stress as I've never even used the strap...
The above issue happening wouldn't have made me write a bad review assuming I could have replaced the clip however, Osprey and uncontactable. I've tried to contact them twice in the first 2 weeks on January and have got no reponse from them.
